The weather was absolutely atrocious! It rained continuously for most of the day and was very windy as well. Quite
a few fish were weighed in and the Weigh-In resulted in very close
percentage weights, in the senior section, for 2nd to 6th places. Thomas
did extremely well in the juniors, picking up the winners plaque, along
with second and third for three very nice fish.

Andrew caught his fish, on a bait of sandeel, fishing in Ifracombe. Z z PresentationReturn z Mike Grayson also caught a nice Rockling to put him in 2nd place. Mike caught his fish from Woody Bay, fishing with mackeral and squid.
Z PresentationReturn Z Using ragwormTrevor Fishleigh caught a fine brace of Flounders from the Torridge. This earned him 3rd place. Z Z PresentationReturn Z Thomas's 2 dogfish and a Rockling all counted to bring him 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the junior section. Thomas fished the morning at Watermouth and the afternoon at Bucks Mills. What it is to be young!!! Z Z Z
