Report
It was a bit rough today we had
everything - Wind, Rain & Hail the sun was out but it was
COLD!!!
The fishing was pretty good, though, with nearly everybody weighing in
and decent bags of fish for the top weights.
Di.
Bailey did well to take first place in the Silver fish pool and Willy,
as often is the case, was in there as well.

Lisle koily covers up the fanlike tail of his 4 Lb. Queen Carp
Those that know about these things, thought that "All that glitters was
gold(fish)".
But - (as he is the "Match Secretary") - all agreed that it was,
probably, a "Queen Carp"
particularly as nobody had ever caught one like it themselves, and it
was so pretty!!!

John
Lisle's net did also contain a great deal of really nice "proper" fish
however to gain him a justified 3rd place.

on him to ensure he didn't try to fill them with shot.
