The Sea Section is one of the largest in the country.
Around 30 competitions are run each year.
A midweek competition is held each month on a Wednesday

Date dictated by tides.
Start time 6:00 pm.
Weigh in 10:15 pm prompt.

A May Festival is held over the bank holiday.

From Friday evening to Sunday evening.

The Winter Best Brace competition.

Runs from October to April.
Entry fee £5.

The Summer Best Brace competition.

Runs from April to October
Entry fee £5.

Club specimens can be weighed in at the club every night.
The main cup fished for is the Valentines Trophy.

Competitions run on first Sunday of the month.
Points are awarded in monthly competitions.
