About the Club

• Founded in 1964.
• Offers sea and freshwater angling. 
• Over 800 local members.
• Has its own premises in an Old School House with:-
  • Large Bar area and ample Additional Rooms.
  • Its own Skittle Alley.
  • Darts Rooms.
  • Pool Table. 
• Has its own lake, above Bideford, at Gammaton.
• Runs an open match on the Torridge for Charity.
• Runs Social Events regularly.
• All of the Angling Sections are well supported.
• Each Section holds monthly competitions and additional events.

All this and situated in one of the most picturesque spots in Britain!
